The project is a tourist development for Condos type units, with category of grand tourism and exclusivity. 

The general style of the project will be based on Venetian –Byzantine architecture, including elements of the contemporary avant-garde, which deals with architectural solutions that create covered and uncovered
spaces, semi-private / private, giving the sensation of freshness, making the most of the proximity to the sea. 

  

EXTERIOR MATERIALS 

The materials to be used from the beginning of Byzantine Architecture were mainly stones and bricks in the exteriors, in the interiors they used luxurious materials, in the case of the project avant-garde and sophisticated interiors will be implemented.

El proyecto es un desarrollo turístico para unidades tipo Condos, con
categoría de gran turismo y exclusividad.
El estilo general del proyecto estará basado en arquitectura Vene to – Bizantina, con inclusión de elementos de la vanguardia contemporánea, la cual trata soluciones arquitectónicas que crean espacios cubiertos y descubiertos, de ámbito semi-privado/privado dando la sensación de frescor aprovechando al máximo la proximidad al mar.

MATERIALES EXTERIORES
Los materiales a utilizar desde los inicios de la Arquitectura Bizantina eran principalmente piedras y ladrillos en los exteriores, en los interiores empleaban materiales lujosos, en el caso del proyecto se imple mentarán interiores vanguardistas y sofisticados.
